How do I measure my dog for a collar?
Use a soft tape measure around the neck where the collar naturally sits, then add two finger widths for comfort. Compare that number with our size guide.
How long does an order take?
Every piece is handmade to order, so timing depends on our current queue. We'll email you as soon as your order ships. Feel free to ask before ordering if you need it by a certain date.
What are the collars made of?
Heavy-duty ratchet strapping with solid cast, military-grade metal hardware and no welds. Most styles are also available with a plastic buckle.
Can I add my dog's name and my phone number?
Yes. We embroider names and phone numbers on collars and leashes, and we also engrave dog tags. Add the details when you order or send us a custom request.
How do I care for my collar?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, rinse well and air dry flat. Wipe the hardware dry.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work it out. See our refund policy for details.
